    REQUIREMENTS All gymnasts must be registered with USA Gymnastics.
    FEES $55.00 per Compulsory Gymnast
    $60.00 per Optional Gymnast
    $40.00 per Team

    Make checks payable to: Meadow Lands Gymnastics Training Center
    Mail entries to gym address (listed above).
    FORMS/DEADLINE All entries must be received by Saturday, January 7, 2006
    Entries will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
